Our Response Procedure

Upon receiving a valid and fully compliant DMCA notice, tecauto.in follows a strict internal protocol:

• If the claim is verified, we will immediately remove or disable access to the infringing material.
• We will notify the user or author who posted the content (if applicable, such as in the community or comments section) regarding the removal.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If your content (such as a comment or user-submitted tech post) was removed due to a DMCA claim and you believe this was done by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification to us.

Your Counter-Notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal.

Repeat Infringer Policy

tecauto.in takes copyright protection seriously. If any contributor, guest author, or community user repeatedly uploads or posts unauthorized copyrighted material without adhering to fair use guidelines, we reserve the right to permanently terminate their access and ban their account/IP address from the platform.
